Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.Please allow an additional 2 weeks for prescription eyewear orders.
Returns
We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit on all orders when claimed within 30 days of your order being delivered. We also offer returns for a full refund if claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered.Prescription eyewear orders are not eligible for returns. Please make sure you are confident in the style you put prescription lenses in before purchasing.

Order
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible.
